ABOUT RESIDENTIAL WHOLESALE MORTGAGE, INC.’S PRODUCTS RWM specializes in conforming and jumbo loans up to 5 million. They are an approved FHA/VA lender, and are also approved to originate reverse annuity mortgages. They offer a wide variety of second trust deeds for all property types, and though construction and small commercial loans are less common, RWM has unique bank sources that specialize in these areas. The most popular products are 30 year and 15 year fixed rate loans, 3/1, 5/1, 7/1, and 10/1 products that feature lower rates that ARE initially fixed and then convert into adjustable rate mortgages. They also offer negative amortizing adjustable loans for clients who desire to make a payment lower than prevailing rates. All of these products offer flexible payment options whether fully amortized or on an interest only basis. The first step in determining which program is best for you is to discuss your financial needs with your loan officer.
